We collect your data so that we can:

How do we store your data?
We securely store and protect your data using a variety of data processors. Data processors are third parties who provide elements of the software or services that we provide. We have contracts in place with all of our data processors, which mean that they are also compliant with GDPR regulations.

Our customer relationship management (CRM) software called Zoho. We use Zoho to store contact details and to communicate with our prospects and customers. Zoho’s GDPR policy is here.
- If you have requested to try or subscribe to our products and services, we may store your data on our servers which are provided by Microsoft Azure.
- For subscribers to our products and services, we will store your data for accounting and invoicing purposes on our cloud based accounting software, called Xero / QuickBooks Online.

How long do we store your data?
We will only store your data as long as is necessary to provide the service you requested that we provide (such as information on our website or access to our products or services), until any dates specified under the GDPR regulations or until instructed by you to erase your personal data.
